for all their decesion. By ordering any service at GNet, you're agree to
our terms and services. GNet is also not responsible for any behaviour
of search engines that may create problems with clients website.
Copyright and Intellectual Property - All copyright assets displayed on GNet's websites, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos and other forms of media, belong to GNet and other third-party copyright holders where applicable. Nothing contained in these terms, or information contained on our websites, should imply a right or license to use any copyright asset, trademark, patent or design without the express written consent of the relevant copyright holder.
Terms and Conditions of Service
- Definitions.
"GNet SEO Service", "GNet", "our", "we" refers to GNet SEO Service, a company with offices at 6117 N Seeley Ave, Chicago IL 60659, USA and at R317, Sec. 15-A-5, Bufferzone, North Karachi, Karachi 75850 Pakistan. - "You", "your", "customer", "client", refers to the entity that is contracting with GNet Seo Service.
- "Submission", "submitted", "submit" refers to the sending, or uploading, of information with the intention of "putting information forward for consideration" that may, or may not, aid our clients business objectives - when used in the context of the business products/services that GNet provide. Submission is fundamentally different from acceptance, and does not imply that the information put forward for consideration will be acted upon.
- "Output", "work", refers to the products and/or services that GNet provide to their clients. This includes, but is not limited to, submissions, link building, content writing services, SEO services and search engine rankings.
General Terms.
- GNet and the client submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts.
- Any deviations from this contract must be agreed by both parties in writing prior to becoming applicable.
- The terms contained herein apply to all contractual dealings between GNet and the client where the client is buying products/services from GNet.
Responsibilities of GNet.
- GNet are responsible for completing the amount of submissions/work that have been agreed with the client prior to the initiation of the project, subject to all client responsibilities being fulfilled. In the instance where payment is not made by the client, per our prior arrangement, GNet are not liable for completing submissions and/or work.
- GNet shall act in good faith and will, where reasonably possible, act to protect our clients business interests during the completion of work.
Responsibilities of Client.
- The client must complete payment as agreed prior to the commencement of work.
- The client is fully liable for the work that GNet complete and for any loss that they believe they have incurred as a direct or indirect result of contracting with GNet. This includes, but it not limited to, loss of revenue, good will or anticipated profits.
- The client may not cancel their work after
entering into a contract for a specific product or service offered by
GNet. GNet may, as an act of good faith, allow customers to cancel their
contract or get a full or partial refund at their sole discretion.
Clients must act in good faith at all times.
Email stationary.
Any quotations or offers provided by GNet SEO Service are subject to our standard terms of service. GNet SEO Service reserves the right to monitor and record email and instant messages sent to and from their addresses.
